Between The Streets EP by Darren DuVall is Musical Missionary’s debut release. It features various styles of music all tied together with a deep groove. In just four tracks, you'll hear downtempo, house, breaks, lounge, chillout, deep, sexy, funky – it’s all in there! The title track, “Between The Streets”, is a downtempo gem that makes you want to sink into your sofa or the driver’s seat of your car and groove out. However, or wherever, you listen to this track, Between The Streets is all about good vibrations running through your emotions. The second track, “Slow”, brings Darren’s mastery of the deep closer to the dance floor. This track is a great set warmer that will make you want to seek the warmth of warm bodies. Mmmm… warm bodies! Track 3, “Freedom In An Urban Cell”, seamlessly ties house and breaks together in elegant style and demonstrates Darren’s tight percussive sound. The final track to round out the EP is “Everyone’s Groove”. The best way to describe this one is lounge breaks with a hint of tripped-out effects. It's quite different and was an absolute must for a bonus track on this release.
